Why is this Site Here?

This site is here to show that there are gay Christadelphians, and that there are Christadelphians who do not believe the Bible is opposed to all same-sex relationships. It is also here to reach out to gay people who have been excluded from the Christadelphian community by those who think you cannot be gay and Christadelphian.

The Rainbow

The logo for this site is a rainbow. I choose the rainbow because it is an important symbol of God's promises.

And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth." (Genesis 9:12-16, NIV)

When we see a rainbow, we should be reminded of God's promises, promises to Noah, Abraham, David, and the whole human race. We should remember the glorious promise of the return of Christ and of the Kingdom of God.

In memory of Jo

This site is also dedicated to the memory of Pierre Seel's Jo. May Christ's return be soon so that such things never happen again, and that Pierre and Jo may be reunited.

Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world
Matthew 25:34, NIV
