As of May 2010, when I made the decision to stop updating this site, I have recieved only two responses to the challenges on this page. Both of them are published here. I have received lots of responses to the other parts of this site and I have updated the content of the site accordingly.
Between August and December 2006, I published a series of challenges for Christadelphians who believe the Bible teaches that same-sex relationships are sinful. These challenges are specific questions which should be easy to answer. If you have an answer to any of the questions, please send them to me using the details on the contact page. I will publish any reasonable responses I receive.
In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Paul says that malakoi will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Some translations translate this as "male prostitutes" (NIV, NLT, NRSV), some as "effeminate" (KJV, RV, ASV), one even "the self-indulgent" (NJB). Which is the correct translation? What do you think of my argument that Paul was not referring to same-sex relationships when he wrote malakoi. Am I wrong? Tell me why.
Christadelphians are not under the law of Moses so the regulations in the Law are not binding on us. Do you disagree? Are we perhaps released from the ritual parts of the law, but bound by the moral aspects? If we are, how do we know what is ritual and what is moral? Tell me what you think.

I argue that Leviticus 18:22 and Leviticus 20:13 do not forbid all forms of male-male sex. Am I wrong? Tell me why.

In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Paul says that arsenokoiati will not inherit the Kingdom of God. If the word arsenokoiati could be translated as "homosexuals", then the same-sex relationship debate would be over for Christadelphians. I have argued that arsenokoiati cannot be translated like that. If you believe that arsenokoiati means homosexuals, please tell me why.

Romans 1:26-27 is often quoted as a "one verse proof" that same-sex relationships are sinful. My understanding is that Romans 1 is about idolatry and sinful sexual relationships, both gay and straight. Where are the mistakes in my understanding?
